Haircut and a special message

Gabe got a snazzy new haircut! He did not stop talking the entire time we were at the barber shop and was a big hit. As chance (divine intervention? Much like a lot of things with Gabe's life.) would have it, an old man named Harold, who just turned 102, was getting his haircut in the very chair next to Gabe. The moment felt heavy with importance listening to Gabe chatter about this and that and the old man reminisce between labored breaths about his own first haircut almost a century before. I regret I was too self conscious to snap a photo of him.

Speaking of old men... (hee hee). Happy Birthday Uncle Alex! We made a sign and everything!
