TN Trip

Pictures are in chronological order from the top. We left town at 4am and Gabe and Ayla were awake and excited! Gabe's catch phrase for the trip was "The open road, the dusty highway!" He had a nice visit with family and he especially liked staying in the hotel. On the way home we stopped at a classic car museum (closed unfortunately) and he got to "drive" all sorts of vehicles. Thanks Daddy!

Innaaunns

Gaby Crockett encountered "innaauunns" at a Ft. Massac living history event on Saturday. The warriors remarked on how brave he was and wanted me to trade him for a few furs. Note the length of the rifle compared to Gabe's height in the one picture.

Notice the glares Mommy is getting at the camera! Gabe later told Aunt Jill "He's not going to pick me up again, okay?"

The Man Twactor

Gabe related to me a dialog he had with Pa at Buttermilk Hill.
"And Pa said 'You can't put the carborwator on the twactor!' And I said 'You put the carborwator on the twactor Pa!' "
